Form Contracts -- Legal Research Resource
Findlaw has a great stash of form contracts.  They are arranged by industry, by type, and by company.  You can also see a list of the newest contracts.  It’s a great resource for lawyers who draft contracts and especially for those who don’t.

Thanks to Wisblawg (from the UW Law Library).

It looks as if what Findlaw has done is catalogue "material contracts" filed on the SEC's EDGAR system. For what it's worth, I'd rather do my own winnowing, but to do it efficiently you'd need access to an online service that allows you to word-search EDGAR files. I use Lexis. And anyone who uses these contracts as a resource needs to be very cautious. They're as reliable or unreliable as anything else you find online, and determining what's worth using requires a keen eye.
